EPISODE #22

You Didn’t Fail, Your Body Went Into Survival Mode with

CHristie Lynn Hanchey

Be inspired by how a woman with EDS regained control of her body through breath, hydration, and fascia-based reconnection.

This is a comeback story.

Christie Lynn came into my world through the fascia conversation on her own podcast. What made me want to work with her was her persistence. I wasn’t confident my programs could tune her, but I’m confident persistent people will always find ways to amazing ends. She lives with hypermobile EDS, a condition that can leave the body feeling unstable, misread, and incredibly hard to explain. For years, Christie was trying to make sense of symptoms that kept pulling her further from herself: loss of movement, breathing dysfunction, digestive issues, pain, and a body that no longer felt reliable. Like so many people in that position, she was handed fragments of help, but not a clear path forward. This episode is about what happened when she began rebuilding from the inside out. We talk about fascia, hydration, and the missing role of breath in chronic instability. She quit soda. She trained her breath every morning before getting out of bed. Christie shares how Brain and Breath Connection and mightyy Breath helped her begin to feel her core, posture, and walking pattern in a new way — not through force, but through reconnection. A story about learning to feel the body again. And for anyone living in a system that feels like it’s collapsing, there may be more possibilities here than you think.

“When we listen deeply—to our bodies and to sound—we create the space for true transformation.”
