Musical Breathwork

A conversation about the body as a signal and learning to trust what you feel

When the noise drops, the signal becomes obvious.

When we sat down, it felt less like an interview and more like two people circling the same question from different angles: what is the human body actually capable of when it’s not dulled out? We traced my path from music into golf, and how both unknowingly trained the same thing—sequence. Breath gave me rhythm early. Golf forced me to understand how to generate power from the ground up with almost no mass. Looking back, it was all fascia and nervous system work long before I had language for it.

What we kept coming back to was this idea that the body isn’t just mechanical—it’s electrical. That we’re not just thinking our way through life, we’re broadcasting and receiving constantly. When the breath slows and the fascia is clean, something else opens. Not mystical—just less interference. This conversation goes there. Into intuition, into charge, into the responsibility of learning to feel again.

We discussed:

  • Sports Psychology
  • The 2-second stress response vs. the 4-minute pleasure state recovery
  • Why athletes—not doctors—are currently leading fascia research
  • Fascia as the "Mycelium Network" of the body carrying bio-photons
  • The secret to high-level creative problem solving through slow breathing
  • Practice

For those who prefer a visual experience, the conversation is available on YouTube. As always, the audio version streams wild and free on Apple Podcasts and Spotify.

I sincerely hope you enjoyed our talk. Be mighty!
