The Way Forward with

Musical Breathwork

The way forward is listening to our breath rate and body tension.

I finally healed from injury when I respected how we are built.

Alec and I zoomed out—looking at the bigger arc of where people are headed, and why so many feel stuck even when they’re trying. There was a shared recognition that the current pace of life is pulling people further away from their bodies, not closer to them. People think the way forward is doing more, learning more, pushing harder. But if the nervous system is dysregulated, more input just creates more noise.

Breath becomes the simplest way to start changing that. When you slow it down, the system begins to reorganize. When fascia follows, the body starts to feel different—more stable, more responsive. We talked about how this work isn’t about escaping life—it’s about building a system that can actually meet it. Stress doesn’t go away, but your relationship to it changes when your body is no longer overwhelmed. At a deeper level, this is about building a system that naturally moves you forward.

We discussed:

  • Practice
  • Upper Cervical Chiropractic
  • The "Nylon Toothbrush" comparison
  • The Divine Link
  • The "Bald Man" story
  • Archetypes

For those who prefer a visual experience, the conversation is available on YouTube. As always, the audio version streams wild and free on Apple Podcasts and Spotify.

I sincerely hope you enjoyed our talk. Be mighty!
