Kat has been on the spiritual path since she left her job at the accounting firm at 22. Since then she has travelled world wide teaching yoga and spirituality, she has written three books, created an online platform for students to learn about the yogic life: both the physical postures and spiritual philosophy. She currently lives off-grid in the woods, homesteading and homeschooling her 6 year old daughter. She specializing in Katonah Yoga, a specialized system of yoga that focuses on Universal Principles. Kat works with precision and refinement—using targeted input to influence fascia, nervous system tone, and structural patterns in a way that feels both subtle and powerful.
