EPISODE #19

Dowsing Rods Used for Body Attunement with

Kayla Moreau

Explore how sound, color, and fascia may reveal hidden emotional patterns through resonance, breath, and nervous system awareness.

Kayla Murphy is a wild light.

She reached out to me as an intellectual nerd in search of another brain to riff with — and from the first conversation, I knew we were going to have fun. Like musicians who jam, sometimes researchers need other curious minds willing to wander. Kayla is an art therapist, sound healer, and pattern explorer whose work sits at the crossroads of color, vibration, fascia, and consciousness. She’s been experimenting with ways to measure emotional tension in the body using dowsing rods, breath, and nervous system cues —mapping how trauma, water, and resonance interact inside the human system. Her ideas she shares are novel and unconventional. Her curiosity is sincere and contagious. What stayed with me most was her fire. Her willingness to explore the edges of what we think we know. Kayla is the kind of friend you want in moments of darkness. If you enjoy conversations that wander into the unknown, this dialogue belongs in your library.
