Your Posture Is Slowly Destroying Your Body with

Steve Terry

Discover how fascia-driven mobility and recovery are reshaping the future of strength and athletic training.

Steve Terry is a wizard.

As the creator of the Body Lever he is obsessed with how real mobility is trained and maintained safely. Steve is a strength and conditioning coach with a deep curiosity about fascia, recovery, and regeneration. His work, and obsessions, bridge science and sensation, helping athletes retrain movement patterns through awareness, primal tools, and connective tissue intelligence. One of my favorite moments in the conversation was when we started talking about the future of gyms. Both of us are seeing the same shift happening: athletes learning new patterns through outdoor, ancient movements. He predicts training environments becoming more exploratory, and far more intelligent. We talk about injury as a teacher, the overlooked role of flexibility, lag force in movement, breath as a tool for pain management, and why recovery might be the most important training skill of all. If you’re curious about where fitness is heading, this conversation will expand your thinking.

“When we listen deeply—to our bodies and to sound—we create the space for true transformation.”

We discussed:

- Recovery Through Sensation & Morphology - Injury as a Catalyst for Growth - Breath & Pain: Reclaiming the Nervous System - Active Recovery & Athletic Longevity - Rethinking Flexibility & Movement Patterns - Lag Force: A New Approach to Strength - Fitness, Survival & Returning to Nature - The Future of Fitness: Community, Play & Connection For those who prefer a visual experience, the conversation is available on YouTube. As always, the audio version streams wild and free on Apple Podcasts and Spotify. I sincerely hope you enjoyed our talk. Be mighty!
