Tana J. von Isser
From an early age, I was called to an adventurous and playful life—practicing karate, exploring contemporary trapeze dance, cycling, hiking, and spending as much time outdoors as possible. My professional background spans university Learning Specialist work, clinical social work, embodiment practices, and the creative arts. I’m trained in trauma-informed care, hypnotherapy, EFT tapping, somatic movement, and neuroscience-based approaches to emotional regulation. My multidimensional path reflects a deep commitment to holistic wellness and to empowering others through both lived experience and formal training. Brooke’s ability to weave wisdom from diverse disciplines, grounded in research and delivered with multidimensional clarity, immediately resonated with me. I was also recovering from several injuries and felt called to deepen my understanding of fascia, somatic intelligence, and the role of breath in healing. Musical Breathwork felt like the perfect synthesis. My favorite part of the method is the perspective that the body is an instrument—one that, when tuned, harmonizes with higher states of consciousness. Helping clients discover resonance with their highest self is one of my greatest joys.

I spend a lot of time with my nose in books. But my favorite place to be is outside: tending to my bees, planting native trees, worm farming, experimenting with electroculture, saving dragonflies, composting, dancing, playing, being.
I sincerely hope your list is at least as long as mine.
