Wolfgang Saus listens precisely.

He hears the voice as a system of pressure, airflow, and resonance—and he trains it like an instrument that can be tuned, and then shows you with his software. We spent time inside overtone singing, and watching him isolate frequencies changed how I see the shape of sound. This is a master making microscopic adjustments, and proving to us how the body is a filter for tone. This conversation is about refinement. About developing the sensitivity to feel what your voice is actually doing. If you use your voice in any capacity—speaking, teaching, singing—slow this one down. Listen closely. There’s a level of control here most people have never been shown.

We discussed:

- Understanding the Science of Overtone Singing - The Role of the Brain in Perception - Resonance Frequencies and Vocal Techniques - The Transition from Normal to Overtone Singing - The Illusion of Multiple Notes - The Importance of Resonance in Singing - The History and Cultural Significance of Overtone Singing - Breath Control and Vocal Techniques - The Connection Between Overtone Singing and Meditation - Exploring the Technical Aspects of Overtone Singing - The Future of Overtone Singing and Its Applications - The Evolution of Vocal Training - Overtone Singing and Digital Technology - Exploring Resonance: Practical Exercises - Understanding the Tongue's Role in Singing - The Science Behind Overtone Singing - Common Mistakes in Overtone Singing - Breathing Techniques for Singers For those who prefer a visual experience, the conversation is available on YouTube. As always, the audio version streams wild and free on Apple Podcasts and Spotify. I sincerely hope you enjoyed our talk. Be mighty!

I spend a lot of time with my nose in books. But my favorite place to be is outside: tending to my bees, planting native trees, worm farming, experimenting with electroculture, saving dragonflies, composting, dancing, playing, being.

I sincerely hope your list is at least as long as mine.
