Andreas understands the body like an athlete. We both share our athletic truths. That strength is something that emerges when the body is organized. Training harder inside a system that isn’t communicating well makes us injury prone. Fascia is the network that distributes force and restrictions within it requires recovery.

We went into breath as part of that system—not just for calming down, but as a stabilizer. When breath is erratic, the body is unstable. When it slows and becomes consistent, everything else begins to stack more efficiently. That’s where real strength comes from. At a deeper level, this is about efficiency. The body performs best when it works as one system, not separate parts.
