2. You are welcome to include questions or details you want to inform me of
3. The full session will be recorded for your review and use.
4. A substantial follow-up email with recording, references, course recommendations, books, exercises, etc. 

This is NOT a replacement for fascia flow or mighty breath sessions. 
We highly recommend watching the brain and breath connection before booking a session to make the most of our session together.
