Private Fascia Flow Session

45-minute session with Brooke, Custom Goal Sequence, Recording of the Session

1. Before the session, you will receive an intake form & a breath assessment.
2. You are welcome to include questions or specifics you’d like me to cover.
3. The full session will be recorded for your review and use.
4. We will cover all specific science questions, I will check your technique, tongue posture, & establish your baseline.
5. We establish your sequence to achieve your goals within 6 weeks, and decide when you would be ready for Level 2/Level 3/Level 4 with your breath.
6. You are sent an email with the recording, your baseline assessment, your sequence to achieve your goals, and access to me for emailed questions.

You’ll receive an email with instructions on how best to prepare for our session and everything you will need for our time together.
