What are your views on wellness?

To me, wellness isn’t a goal—it’s a relationship. It’s about attuning to our body’s subtle cues, restoring our natural rhythms, and cultivating practices that connect us back to wholeness.

What were your thoughts on the Musical Breathwork Teacher Certification?

The Musical Breathwork Certification felt like a missing puzzle piece—it brought together breath, movement, sound, and science in a way that was both profound and practical. It deepened my understanding and gave me the tools to guide others with more precision and creativity.

What called you to become certified?

I had been working with fascia and somatics for years, but I kept sensing that something was missing. When I experienced Musical Breathwork, I immediately felt how music could become the bridge between the body and the subconscious—it was the modality I didn’t know I was waiting for.

What do you plan to do in your future?

I plan to develop immersive retreats, train facilitators in fascia-informed breathwork, and expand access to this work through digital platforms—always weaving music, breath, and movement into new forms of healing.

What drives you?

Curiosity and connection. I’m endlessly fascinated by how the body stores and releases stories, and I’m driven by a desire to help others come home to themselves through breath, movement, and sound.

I think our world

can be a better place.

(Mostly because you're part of it.)

Become a Certified Teacher

I spend a lot of time with my nose in books. But my favorite place to be is outside: tending to my bees, planting native trees, worm farming, experimenting with electroculture, saving dragonflies, composting, dancing, playing, being.

I sincerely hope your list is at least as long as mine.
