Services

I lead experiences that help you meet yourself in this season—integrating breath and bodywork, nature-based ecotherapy, and nervous system regulation. These offerings range from intimate retreats and mentorship sessions to immersive reforestation projects in natural settings, as well as online continuing education for global participants.

Brief Bio

I am an ecotherapist, educator, and facilitator with a background in integrative healthcare leadership, depth psychology, fascia and breath studies, and trauma-informed bodywork. My path has been shaped by over a decade of study and facilitation, as well as personal transformation after a near-death experience in 2010. My passion lies in synthesizing a latitude of study and lived experience with sacred and traditional ecological knowledge. I run a non-profit and agroforestry partnership to replant the Amazon Jungle. In my woven time, I am a mother, mythopoetic writer, and artist, currently building out a 38’ Skoolie after years of chopping wood, carrying water, and leading retreats on 65 acres.

Wellness is a living relationship — with yourself, your environment, and the greater web of life. It is not a checklist or a destination but a dynamic state of reciprocity, regulation, and connection.

What are your views on wellness?

Wellness is a living relationship — with yourself, your environment, and the greater web of life. It is not a checklist or a destination but a dynamic state of reciprocity, regulation, and connection. True wellness invites us to tend not only to our nervous system but to the living world as a whole, honoring our body’s intelligence through the threads of daily thought, deed, and action.

Do you work with any specific populations or specialties?

I specialize in supporting facilitators, therapists, healers, and clinicians, as well as those seeking to integrate nature-based therapeutics into both professional practice and personal life.

What called you to become certified in Musical Breathwork?

Breath — as life force — is a frequency. Understanding how to support it through fascia-informed techniques and fluid, adaptive methods is integral to communicating what science is only beginning to measure. Musical Breathwork not only flows seamlessly with my body of work in Ecotherapy, but also mirrors nature itself, bringing participants into deeper relationship with the living world.

What is your favorite part of the training or method you use most with clients?

While the aha moments are powerful, I most love that Musical Breathwork integrates easily with my existing recommendations and serves as a powerful daily ally. The work is cumulative — and hearing that it has been woven into simple, everyday moments is the kind of shift that lasts a lifetime.

Fun Fact!

Lauren’s non profit is partnered with an initiative replanting the Amazon Jungle while educating clinicians to incorporate nature-based therapeutics. She is also a mother, writer, and artist, currently building a 38’ Skoolie after years of leading retreats on 65 acres.

Where can people find you, connect, or book a service?

I think our world

can be a better place.

(Mostly because you're part of it.)

Become a Certified Teacher

I spend a lot of time with my nose in books. But my favorite place to be is outside: tending to my bees, planting native trees, worm farming, experimenting with electroculture, saving dragonflies, composting, dancing, playing, being.

I sincerely hope your list is at least as long as mine.
