I’m Ricardo Mendez—founder of Savage Science and creator of The Infinity Method, a holistic practice rooted in self-awareness, self-rescue, and rhythm. I’ve been coaching movement for over a decade, first through CrossFit and now through a wider lens that includes somatic work, breathwork, music, and flow. I’m a Brooklyn-born Boricua, a father, poet, and wellness guide who believes in healing through consistency, creativity, and connection. Musical Breathwork became a natural extension of my own practice—and now I share it with others who are ready to breathe with intention and reclaim their power.

I believe in stacking small, powerful practices that help you detox, adapt, and align with the life you want to live. True wellness means being honest with yourself—and showing up for your own healing process every day.
Yes—I work with people recovering from physical pain, emotional stagnation, burnout, and disconnection. I often serve high performers like athletes, creatives, and entrepreneurs who are ready to feel again. My work is somatic, rhythmic, and intuitive—focused on helping people move, breathe, and release what they’ve been carrying.
As a poet and musician at heart, rhythm has always been part of how I express and process life. Musical Breathwork brought everything together—structure, healing, and soul. The moment I experienced it, I knew this was a tool I needed to master and share. It felt like home. It gave me a deeper way to help people tap into their body’s wisdom without needing to say a word.
That sweet moment when the breath, beat, and body sync—and something old gets released. When the mind lets go and the body speaks. I love weaving in rhythmic movement between rounds and using curated music to guide people into deeper emotional terrain. For me, breathwork is ceremony, and the playlist is sacred medicine.

I spend a lot of time with my nose in books. But my favorite place to be is outside: tending to my bees, planting native trees, worm farming, experimenting with electroculture, saving dragonflies, composting, dancing, playing, being.
